More specifically, they focus on talents that come from the best schools and universities in the world (Oxford University, HEC, 42, Bocconi University, McGill University etc...).
Strong with almost 50.000 freelancer students and 10.000 paying clients, Crème de la Crème is Europe's leading freelancing platform of the Y and Z generations. The founders of the firm believe that this increasing number of independent workers will continue to happen as long as they can rely on a strong community brought together because of the values they share.

Independent yes, but not alone ! Crème de la Crème is accelerating its growth keeping this community-first vision in mind. By connecting bright talents with corprate clients around innovative and large projects, Crème de la Crème is trying to fill in the generational gap between the Y-generation and the previous ones. Today, most of the CAC40 (France's listed companies) is already working with the startup.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • From us : join an adventurous young and dynamic team (the average age is 24 years old) ! Give your opinion on the strategy of a hypergrowing start-up, be part of a Series A fundraising and work completely autonomously on your projects.

  • From you : to help in this hypergrowing stage, we are looking to recruit bright talents in every department: Tech, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, Community. Even more importantly we are looking for curious, dynamic and autonomous people, ready to take on every challenge a disruptive start-up has to encounter.

Descriptif du poste

By working closely with the co-founders and the international development team you will be working on the International Business Operations. On one hand, you will be working on strategic client acquisitions (public companies, renewed startups and other large corporations). On the other hand you will be the Project Manager of these Key Accounts for Crème de la Crème.

It’s a great opportunity to be part of a growing startup currently accelerating its international expansion. We want ambitious and motived people to join this talented team and make Crème de la Crème a global reference.

Main tasks:

  • Clients in Europe
  • Elaborating the Business Development strategy to prospect and acquire new clients all over Europe
  • Contribute to the growth of our Key Accounts portfolio
  • Work autonomously on freelance projects and understand your clients’ problematics
  • Work closely with the rest of the Sales team to generate revenues
  • Communicate efficiently on our value propositionby mail/phone/physical meetings

Profil recherché

Who you are:

Strong of a first succesful adventure in B2B/Sales in which you showed impressive results both qualitatively and quantitatively you are passioned by future of the labor market. You are a post-graduate (masters level) in Business, Marketing or Finance.

Having scaled a business abroad in the past is a plus for the job. But most of all you wish to be part of an ambitious talented team that has the will to become a global reference.

Work qualities sought:

  • Succesful B2B experience in London is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs.
  • Results-focus mindset along with a good execution capacity
  • International experience preferred
  • Commitment and team spirit
  • Great at communication

Other qualities sought:

  • Native or bilingual in English
  • A third language would be a plus
  • An international mindset
  • Having already lived abroad is a plus
